I send overseas via airmail and within NZ via tracked courier. I do not take responsibilty for items lost in the post. If you wish to have your item tracked and insured etc that can be arranged at your cost. If an item is faulty or incorrect etc please contact me via email, if I am at fault I will oraganise a replacement or refund at my discretion. Contact must be made within 30 days from purchase.
